Asbestos, Lead and Mold Abatement

Our hazardous materials consulting includes the initial testing and inspection of buildings for the presence of Asbestos, Lead, and Mold containing construction components as well as other hazardous materials found within structures that may be affected by renovation or demolition activities. In addition to the initial testing, we also provide the project oversight and air monitoring during the abatement of hazardous materials found during the initial testing phase.

Asbestos Danger Sign

The safety of our clients and personnel is of importance to All Nations Environmental, Inc. Our employees receive initial training and certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), first aid, and 40-hour HAZWOPER in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1910 requirement. In addition, our personnel attend refresher training programs annually and receive specialized training in hazards unique to their specific environmental project.

It is a requirement that a Health and Safety Plan (HASP) be prepared, approved and implemented for all our projects where there is a potential for exposure to chemical or physical hazards. Each HASP contains information describing the hazardous conditions that may be encountered at the project site and prescribes the necessary protocols to ensure employee, environmental, and public safety. Our HASPs are site and task specific, are tailored to meet exact requirements of our clients, and always meet and often exceed the requirements promulgated by OSHA.

  • Sanitary landfills – landfill that uses a clay liner to isolate the trash from the environment.
  • Municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills – uses a synthetic (plastic) liner to isolate the trash from the environment.
  • Construction and demolition waste landfills – consist of the debris generated during the construction, renovation, and demolition of buildings, roads, and bridges.
  • Industrial Waste Landfills– nonhazardous solid waste, consists of nonhazardous waste associated with manufacturing and other industrial activities.

Landfills All Nations Environmental, Inc. work with are certified by EPA Certified. Each disposal project solely depends on what type of debris that is being transported and disposed of. All waste materials will need a manifest documentation for transport and disposal per each load.
